Sunflowers & smiles

Growing up I remember driving by fields & fields of sunflowers as we drove through Kansas. It was always the most beautiful sight. There's just something about sunflowers. Hands down my favorite flower. Some locals have a field they planted here in Montrose. I think last year may have been the first year for it so I was thrilled to see it again this time. After getting permission I couldn't wait to head out there for some pictures. I think these turned out amazing. The colors, the warmth, the smiles...it's just so lovely. If we ever move to the country I'm planting a sunflower field!
